Our Mission

AWR Engineering is an engineering consulting firm established in 2012 by Janie G. Dusel, PE. We provide civil engineering focused specifically on water resources. Our key services include urban and rural drainage design, culvert and bridge hydraulics, Green Infrastructure design, creek restoration and realignment, watershed planning, MS4 permit compliance programs, floodplain management, and many types of hydraulic and hydrologic analyses and modeling. Our clients are primarily state and local governments.

AWR was originally founded in Anchorage, Alaska. Today, we offer consulting services across the US, with our primary markets in the Pacific Northwest and Midwestern states. For more detailed information about our services, please visit our Services page.
